The Southwest Minnesota Career Expo was sponsored by the Southwest Initiative Foundation and the Southwest Minnesota Workforce Development Board. Over 2,100 students from 33 schools attended the Southwest Minnesota Career Expo held on October 4 in Worthington and October 5 in Marshall. We heard from many teachers, students and exhibitors that it was a valuable opportunity to expose students to what Southwest Minnesota has to offer.
