Laura Walker, Roland Shea, and Patricia Davis toured our milk bank and the visit was not only inspiring but also incredibly generous, as they donated nearly $10,000 to our cause. Pregnant Workers Fairness Act
|
Did you know that a new national law called the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act goes into effect this month? This new law provides groundbreaking protections for pregnant, postpartum, and pumping workers, and gives you the right to get accommodations at work that will help you keep your job and protect your health.
The law gives you the right to things like extra breaks, flexible scheduling to attend doctors appointments, time off to recover from childbirth or miscarriage, light duty, remote work, and much more.

Happy 1st Bee-day to Caleb and Caden!

Over the last year, NYMB has been captivated by the growth of twins Caleb and Caden! These adorable little ones have truly thrived and blossomed, thanks in part to the support of donated breast milk. However, it's bittersweet to announce that they have just received their final delivery of milk from NYMB. The silver lining is that Caleb and Caden are now embarking on their next exciting milestone: solid foods!

Tovah and Carl, the loving parents of Caden and Caleb, recently captured a heartwarming moment between their one-year-old twins and their FedEx Express delivery driver. This dedicated driver has been faithfully delivering their weekly donor milk all year.

This conference unites neonatologists, pediatricians, IBCLCs, and passionate professionals from all over New York State.
